Directors Stephen Everett Chairman Mr. Everett is a chemical engineer who has more than 30 years management experience including production and project management, marketing, corporate restructuring, debt/equity financing, and government relations. Mr. Everett's senior executive positions have included Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of private and publicly listed companies. He was formerly Chairman of BeMaX Resources NL, Australian Solomons Gold Limited, and JMS Civil and Mining Pty Ltd. _____________________________________________________ Simon Finnis Managing Director Mr Finnis has more than 20 years experience in a diverse range of mining operations including open cut, underground and dredge mining operations in gold, copper, and mineral sands.  For the past decade, he has been involved in various roles in the development of four projects, the latest being the Pooncarie Mineral Sands Project in western New South Wales and the Gold Ridge Mine on the island of Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands.  Formerly CEO of Cloncurry Metals until 1 April 2009 and appointed as Managing Director in March 2010.  In between these roles Mr Finnis was the Chief Operating Officer for Australian Solomons Gold. _____________________________________________________ Michael Arnett Independent Non-executive Director Mr Arnett currently holds several directorships including with Archipelago Resources plc (listed on AIM, London), Queensland Energy Resources Limited, NRW Holdings Limited, and Nexus Energy Limited.  He is also Executive Chairman of New Guinea Energy Limited.  Mr Arnett is a consultant, and former partner and Chief Operating Officer of international law firm Deacons. _____________________________________________________ Barry Casson Finance Director Mr Casson is Finance Director and Company Secretary. Mr Casson is a Chartered Accountant with over 38 years accounting and primarily commerce experience and approximately 25 years in the mining industry as Finance Director, CFO or equivalent.  He has had extensive international experience in project financing and corporate transactions and is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors in Australia.  He was Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary for Australian Solomons Gold Limited (TSX:SGA) until 18 December 2009.                         Senior Management Glenn Beere B.SC (Hons) Geology, F AUSIMM   Exploration Manager Mr. Beere has 30 years of geological experience with both Government organisations and within the exploration and mining industry. Early years in Western Australia were spent with the Geological Survey of WA, and with the exploration and development of gold deposits for Metana Minerals and Dominion Mining. Being Queensland based since 1993, he has been exploring for Cu- Au, Au, Ni, and base metals deposits in a variety of geological terrains with Dominion Mining, RGC Exploration, Kagara Zinc, and BHP Billiton amongst other companies. Prior to this current role he was Program Leader for the BHP Billiton Cannington Exploration Group. _____________________________________________________ Frank Bunting B.Sc. (Hons.), Dip Ed Technical Adviser and Co-founder With 30 years experience in the industry, Mr. Bunting spent 26 years with BHP Billiton Exploration. Mr Bunting is a geologist with specialist exploration skills for BHT, IOCG, gold, and nickel deposits. He has had significant roles in several major discoveries around the world, including Cannington, and has managed various exploration programs in Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Europe, and Russia. He is a co-founder of the company and provides consulting services. _____________________________________________________ Dr Miguel Miranda MSC PhD Exploration Manager – Mexico Dr Miranda has more than 36 years of professional experience as a minerals geologist in Mexico. He has worked for companies including BHP, MIM, US Borax, Teck-Cominco, Penoles, and Linear Gold, and since late 2007 has been with Minas GRC as Vice President of Exploration, Latin America.  He has worked for the Mexican Government Mineral Resources group and as a professor at various Mexican universities.
